Family Visitation

The Family Visitation Program is intended to provide a way for non-custodial parents to spend time with their child in the presence of a neutral observer. These visits can take place in the home, community, or at one of our office locations and are supervised by approved and trained supervisors.

At The Comfy Place, we understand that families may occasionally experience changes that require intervention. We provide supervised visitation services to families where the non-custodial parent requires supervision to be able to visit their child(ren).

Our supervisors are neutral third parties who will respect your confidentiality and privacy. You can expect RESPECT, INTEGRITY, and QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, regardless of the accusations or allegations. We offer flexible hours and meeting locations to meet your specific needs. Some parents prefer a home environment where they may play board games, make crafts, cook a meal, or play ball. While others enjoy activities outside the home like visiting a park or museum, going to the movies, restaurants, or the zoo. Each case is assessed individually to determine the appropriateness of each visitation site.

Our Visitation Program is ideal for families with a history of:

  • Domestic Violence
  • Substance Abuse
  • Psychiatric Disorders
  • Chronic Instability
  • Child Abuse/Neglect
  • Abduction Threats
  • Pending Criminal or Social Services Investigations
  • Parental Alienation/Coaching
  • Estrangement of Parent and Child.
